At WillRace Performance Training Studio, we promise to help you achieve your health and fitness goals in a private, personalized setting with nationally-certified trainers. At our studio, you get a great workout, your own private bathroom and shower, clean towels and amenities, bottled water, and the latest in fitness equipment. And, because the studio is private, clients don't have to wait for equipment, fight crowds or be distracted during their workouts. Our facility is 1600 sq. ft with two ADA-equipped bathrooms. Each bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, lockers, hair dryer, lotion, shampoo and conditioner for our clients' convenience. Equipment at the studio includes dumbbells (5 – 50 lbs), two Precor Treadmills, two Trickster stationary bikes, a water rower, punching bag, a Life Fitness Functional Trainer, a Life Fitness squat machine, medicine balls, BOSUS, Resist-a-Ball and more. |
